Equus Noire
Presence. Purpose. Heart. Helping individuals and teams step away from performance & pressure to reconnect with clarity, confidence and authentic leadership through partnership with horses.
About
A leadership, wellbeing and transition practice guided by partnership with horses, shaped by lived experience of leadership, pressure and change, and a belief that how we lead begins with presence.
I work with leaders, teams and individuals navigating pressure or transition, often while being expected to keep going without space to pause or recalibrate. In these moments, what’s needed is rarely another tool, but the conditions to notice what is already present.
The work creates space for:-
- embodied self-awareness and emotional regulation
- insight into leadership and relational patterns
- reconnection with presence, clarity and what matters
- ways of leading and living that are more sustainable and less forced
In partnership with horses, highly attuned, non-verbal beings, patterns become visible without judgement or words, supporting deeper presence and more honest connection.

Testimonials
My interaction with the horses has been critical. My first interactions with them revealed feelings I didn't know I had and if it weren't for the horses I wouldn't have had the opportunity to experience the feelings in a coaching session. I also had a connection with a horse during a session which felt healing.

Although interacting and connecting with the horses has been critical to my process and indeed transformational, I wouldn't have been so comfortable and free to feel my full range of emotions were it not for the trust and confidence I felt in my coach Donna.

It helped me to self reflect on what aspects I need improving on as a leader/manager. Loved working with the horse and the staff that attended.
